Hola!!! Que tal estáis ??

Yo muy bien… y muy comilona también jajajajaja!!! Llevo dos días comiendo como si no hubiera un mañana, que horror!! Pero me da igual, no es algo que me preocupe. Y a mi amigo Víctor tampoco :-). Que bien nos lo pasamos en el concierto de Raphael!! He ido a muchos pero el que ha dado esta semana en el Teatro de la Zarzuela ha sido SUBLIME!!!!

Much@s me preguntáis que hago cuando tengo ganas de dulce… pues COMO DULCE. No pasa nada!!! Lo mejor es ( o por lo menos intentar) comer bien todos los días. Muchas veces importa más la calidad y el orden que la cantidad. Asi que si necesito dulce pues me lo como, porque no me va a apetecer todos los días, igual que no me apetecen todos los días los mismos cereales o las mismas frutas.

Normalmente la gente que no » puede parar de comer dulce » es porque no come cereales integrales ( los hidratos complejos) y come pocas verduras. No tienen nada que ver los cereales integrales con los refinados .Los integrales tienen vitaminas y minerales y los refinados pocos (o muy pocos) y las vitaminas y minerales son imprescindibles para que el cuerpo pueda utilizar bien las proteínas, las grasas y los tan denostados hidratos de carbono. Los hidratos de carbono son la fuente de energía básica que nuestro organismo necesita.Por eso no comprendo como la gente hace la Dieta Dukan o sólo come proteínas. El organismo sufre muchísimo ( sobre todo el hígado y riñón ) y a la larga, para la gran mayoría, no son efectivas.

Yo hoy he desayunado unas magdalenas integrales RIQUÍSIMAAAASSSSS!!!!!! de las mejores, las compré en Carrefour, en la zona de ecológicos, con café y leche de soja.

Esta leche la probé por primera vez hace poco y la verdad es que está muy buena. Repetiré..

 

Después de este desayuno de lujo no tomé nada a media mañana.

 

Pincho tortilla de patata y Ensaladilla Rusa

 

Peeeeroooooo…. a la hora de la comida como no pude comer en casa nos metimos en una cafetería de carretera y me pedí un pincho de tortilla y una ensaladilla rusa.OLE, OLE Y OLE!!!

Sinceramente … bueno, bueno no estaba… pero me lo Komí todo menos el pan.

Y aquí no acaba el día por que merendé…ttrtrtrtrtrtrtrtrtrttrtrtrt chocolate con leche y cereales de arroz con chocolate !!!! TOOOOOMAAAAAAA!!!

Como véis, los días que quiero dulce lo komo. Pero casi nunca, por no decir nunca, komo repostería industrial ni las chocolatinas típicas de gasolinera.

El comer bien es lo mejor que se puede hacer para mantener el peso que se quiere pero sobre todo para ser más feliz. El cerebro y los glóbulos rojos sólo » komen » hidratos de carbono por eso las dietas que los restringen nos ponen de mal carácter. Entonces, si no se los das de buena calidad ( integrales ecológicos), te pide todo el rato dulce porque el cerebro es lo que quiere. Como no se los das es verdad que al principio se gasta grasa ( y proteínas) y se baja de peso muy rápido, pero también se relentiza el metabolismo por eso cada vez hay que comer menos y si te pasas a la mínima engordas. Entonces tu te vuelves loca, porque cada vez comes menos y no adelgazas. Y a la larga es peor porque el efecto yo-yo es inminente.

Asi que no le tengáis miedo a un plato de pasta integral con verduras o a una paella con arroz basmati integral con verduras o a un bocadillo de aguacate, tomate, lechuga y queso fresco que no pasa nada!!!

Lo importante es la calidad porque a mejor calidad necesitas menos cantidad 🙂
