Desayuneando

Hola!!! Qué tal estáis?? Yo, fenomenal, muchísimas gracias por los mensajes tan bonitos que me madáis… Sois un amor.

Hoy os voy a contar lo que he desayunado. Generalmente, optamos por los cereales para desayunar, cosa que está muy bien, pero no son los únicos desayunos saludables y nutritivos que podemos comer. Una de mis premisas es no estar más de tres días comiendo los mismos alimentos, no podemos estar toooodooos los días desayunando el mismo tipo de cereales, ni de la misma marca, ni la misma leche, etc.  Siempre se ha dicho que para llevar una dieta saludable hay que VARIAR, pues venga, ¡a variar se ha dicho1, que tampoco es tan difícil!! Si siempre comemos lo mismo podríamos agotar las reservas de los nutrientes que no tiene ese alimento; si variamos, el abanico de nutrientes que ingerimos será mayor y por lo tanto facilitaremos todas las funciones del organismo de una manera segura. Nosotros decidimos qué tipo de alimento vamos a comer pero es el cuerpo, una vez ingeridos, quien decide qué va a hacer con  los nutrientes de ese alimento. Y nutrientes, necesitamos muchos.

Hoy, en lugar de tomarme mi medio litro de agua templada –muchas veces la tomo sola y otras con limón natural recién exprimido–  me he preparado un zumo de zanahoria, manazana y apio (uno de mis zumos favoritos).

Después de tomarme el zumo le he dado de desayunar a mis perros y abierto las ventanas para ventilar la casa. Así dejo que el zumo actúe «a sus anchas» para que me hidrate (que después de toda la noche sin beber no le viene nada mal), me oxigene, me limpie, me desintoxique, porque por muy sano que se coma siempre hay cosas que eliminar. Después, pasados quince minutos, más o menos,  me preparo el café, hoy, con leche de arroz. La leche de arroz está muy bien para empezar a adentrarse en las leches vegetales porque tiene un sabor muy suave y no cambia mucho la textura del café ( la de  avena o lade  soja, por ejemplo, lo hacen más «denso»).

Mientras se hacía el café, me he preparado unos huevos revueltos: 1 yema con dos claras. Algunas veces pongo más claras, sobre todo cuando el día anterior he hecho mucho deporte (porque me levanto con una hambre que me comería una vaca!!! ). Hoy los acompañé con aguacate y semillas de lino.

Las semillas de lino son buenísimas para todo, pero sobre todo porque tienen Omega 3, que para los que, como yo, no comen mucho pescado, les viene mejor que bien.

El Omega 3 es un ácido graso esencial, tanto, que lo tenemos que comer sí o sí, porque el cuerpo no sabe fabricarlo y para nosotros es imprescindible. Las semillas de lino ayudan a eliminar radicales libres, tienen fibra soluble que regulan nuestra flora intestinal (tan fundamental para nosotros) . Si las comemos enteras, hay que masticarlas mucho, mucho, mucho; si no, siempre las podemos moler en el molinillo. Hay que guardarlas en la nevera para que no se enrancien.

Los huevos siempre me los compro ecológicos y de animales que viven tranquilos, no hacinados y maltratados. Es un alimento estupendísimo. La clara tiene todas las proteínas que os podáis imaginar (entre otras cosas) y la yema (también entre otras cosas) tiene grasas buenas, lecitina y fosfolípidos que nos ayudan a que las paredes de nuestras células están «fuertes» y también colesterol. Aunque mucha gente no se lo pueda creer, el colesterol también es muy bueno porque de él depende la formación de hormonas, algunas tan importantes como las sexuales. El problema del colesterol es que no sólo está en el huevo, está en un montón de alimentos que comemos prácticamente a diario, en definitiva, el problema está en el abuso. El huevo también tiene vitamina A, D , E y B12 (nos ayuda a formar glóbulos rojos) y minerales como el fóforo, zinc, selenio, éste último, uno de los oligoelementos más antioxidantes que hay. Los huevos se digieren muy bien si no están fritos. Pienso que el problema de los huevos es que normalmente se hacen como acompañamiento a patatas fritas o carnes, pero sobre todo porque se les pone sal y el huevo ya tiene mucha, así que ojo!!!!!

El aguacate tiene proteínas y vitamina B6, que además de mejorar el ánimo nos ayuda a tener un corazón saludable, vitamina E (súper antioxidante), hierro y grasas, pero grasas que nos ayudan a reducir el colesterol.

Desayunar huevos pasados por agua o revueltos sin aceite nos ayuda a sentirnos bien porque ayudan a formar serotonina, un «mensajero» del sistema nervioso que disminuye la sensación de ansiedad y aumenta el estado de ánimo.

Me ha encantado lo que has desayunado y como lo has explicado ,-) Fenomenal lo que has dicho sobre los huevos,la gente cuando compra huevos no es consciente de las condiciones en las que viven esas gallinas.Yo los compro camperos,de caserio,a veces ecológicos y otras tengo la suerte que algún familiar me ha regalado huevos que crían ellos mismos pero ya nunca compro huevos de categoría 2(criadas en el suelo acinadas) o de categorIa 3 (criadas en jaulas) tristemente el más habitual en nuestro país…Bueno,que viva tu desayuno y viva tú,besitos.

  2. good morning patricia!!! pues yo te he hecho caso y me he comprado trigo arraceno inflado y lo he mezclado con mis cereales normales, con leche semidesnatada, yo por ejemplo soy una de las que siempre desayuna lo mismo, asi que me apunto lo que nos recomiendas para variar en los desayunos, me gustaria si fuese posible que algun post fuese de azukis, he oido hablar muy bien de esta legumbre pero desconozco recetas y si es tan buena como dicen,
    se que andas muy liada y que seguramente no puedas, pero me encantaria poder leerte a diario, no se si seria posible actualizar el blog cada dia, un abrazo muy grande desde guadalajara!!.

    Yo, desayuno todos los días lo mismo , fruta , es verdad que sería bueno variar , tomo nota .
    En casa consumimos huevos de gallinas que tenemos en casa , lo recomiendo para todas aquellas que tienen espació ya que dan muy poco trabajo y es impresionante la diferencia con los huevos que compramos .

Una pequeña aportacion,para mi que soyde un pueblito de Cadiz en ocasiones es dificil encontrar las materias primas…si voy a mi supermercado de barrio y les pido arraceno, pueden pensar que los estoy insultando….podrias hacer referencia a cosas mas cotidianas?

    1. Si no hay sarraceno opta por el integral ecológico, si no hay , por el de trigo duro . Los integrales mejor si son ecológicos

Aunque no tengo problemas de intolerancia y me encanta comer, me interesa mucho todo lo relacionado con la alimentación, la salud y la belleza, y la relación inevitable que existe entre ellas, y que tú tan bien inculcas a tus lectoras/es.     Cómo me gusta que actualices tan a menudo, me encanta seguirte, ya lo sabes.
    Yo hoy he desayunado mi agua con limón posterior a dos vasos de agua que ayudan a limpiar mi organismo. Luego he tomado una buena ración de granadas, qué ricas!! y he esperado un poco, 1h aprox para desayunar mis súper tostadas de avena integral con aceite de oliva virgen extra y levadura de cerveza. Qué rico y cómo disfruto del desayuno!!
    Y por supuesto, como tú, varío tooooooodos los días y hago las leches vegetales que tomo con el mismo cereal para así evitar tantas mezclas y que mi sistema digestivo trabaje mejor.

Respecto a lo que decias de las semillas de lino, yo soy muy de comerlas, mas que nada porque soy estreñida y me ayudan, pero segun tenia entendido eran buenas para el estreñimiento porque hacian efecto tambor en el intestino, ya que el cuerpo no las digeria, a mi me funcionan bien pero entonces ¿estoy equivocada y si aportan en este caso omega 3 por ejemplo? ¡gracias preciosa por esas recetas tan buenas que nos das!

    El aguacate me hace daño, soy alérgica a la manzana y he dejado de comer huevo porque desde hace algunos años me salen en la piel una especia lunares a veces del color de la piel y otras marrones y con el huevo me salian muchos más. Asi que lo he quitado de mi alimentación. Hay otros sustitutos de estos alimentos. Por ejemplo soy alergica a todas las frutas de verano, a las almendras, avellanas, a las frutas silvestres. Se dice que son muy buenas pero para mi son mortales.

Hi Patricia¡¡¡¡¡ Por las mañanas yo me tomo un vaso de agua con limón y lecitina de soja…eso todas las mañanas….Después un vaso de leche desnatada, pero me ha gustado mucho eso que has dicho de la variedad y estoy pensando en comprarme otra clase de leche, avena, soja o cualquiera vegetal. Despúes tomo fruta cuando estoy en el trabajo, y los fines de semana que tengo más tiempo tostadas con mantequilla vegetal o con tomate.Un beso y decirte que me encanta tu blog¡¡¡¡¡ Las que estamos a dieta constante tenemos que coger toda la información posible…..   29. Yo soy de desayunar fuerte, de hecho hasta la hora de comer como mucho, y a partir de entonces, empiezo a «aflojar». Suelo comer fruta (kiwi o naranja normalmente), pan o bien cereales/ muesli y café con leche o te con leche. Intento alternar para que no sea monótono y aburrido. A media mañana suelo comer una pieza de fruta y un par de higos secos o un puñadito almendras naturales o nueces. Crees que es saludable o debería variar mas aún?

En casa llevamos unos cinco añitos intentado comer sano y la verdad es que además de no consumir mucha carne y apuntarnos a las verduras, el consumo de zumos naturales en grandes cantidades es lo que practicamos. He descubierto el exprimidor de bajas revoluciones Greenis, y estoy encantada. Ya he probado tu receta (a mi hijo mayor le encanta)… Yo también suelo añadirle a los zumos un poquito de jengibre, que tan buenas propiedades curativas y preventivas tiene frente a los resfriados.
