«Uy…yo pan no como, LOS HIDRATOS ENORDAN».

Pues yo voy a empezar comiéndome un buen trozo de pan para romper una lanza a favor del alimento que mejor está de todos: EL PAN!!!!

Pero komo no voy a comerlo con lo riquísimo que está! Vamos ni muerta lo dejo!
Pero eso si, hay que mezclarlo bien porque en la mezcla está el truco. Por ejemplo: nunca lo mezclo con: patatas, arroz o pasta.
Si komo pescado( carne no komo pero ni de niña..no puedo) es de acompañamiento.
Y si me apetece un buen bocata me lo tomo con tofu tipo fiambre, o en hamburguesa( buenisisiiiimas)

Ahora, una cosita os digo, siempre y repito en alto SIEMPRE, lo komo Integral Ecológico (lo subrayo porque es importante) ,porque está limpio y es de verdad. Por qué ecológico? Pues porque el pan, aunque sea integral (que está muy de moda) si no es ecológico lleva pesticidas, insecticidas (que es lo que echan en el campo) y muchos «idas» que eso sí que me niego a comerlo y, sobre todo, con el pan que yo komo mucho.

Hay muchos tipos de pan, dependiendo del cereal con el que se haga. Yo que soy muy friki del pan, los pruebo todos (ya los iré presentando en sociedad)

Hoy, el trozo que me estoy comiendo es de pan de kamut.

Yo me lo estoy tomando con mermelada de naranja amarga (sin azúcares añadidos) y lo estoy pasando «bomba». Tan bien, que os dejo que me voy a hacer otra tostada…

    Yo suelo hacerme panes a mi gusto. ¿Que opinion tienes sobre los panes caseros y que tipos de harinas me recomendarías?

      Hola Encarni, encantada de saludarte. El pan de Kamut lo compro en El Corte Inglés, en Herbolarios, en tiendas ecológicas como Natura Si. Cada vez es más fácil de conseguirlo. Me parece genial que hagas los panes a tu gusto, y más que un tipo de pan te recomiendo que los hagas con harinas ecológicas y levadura de panadería ( la de toda la vida ). Ahora también hay muchos tipos de harina ecológica : de espelta, de kamut, de trigo, de centeno, de avena etc. Un besito enorme!
