OPERACIÓN BIKINi

Mi guapísima amiga @evanc hoy me ha sugerido que empecemos con la operación bikini. Que os parece la idea??

Yo por mi, perfecto!! Siempre y cuando la hagamos bien, así que vamos a empezar, si estáis todos de acuerdo, por los diez mandamientos de nuestra «operación bikini»:

1- No pasar hambre. Si pasamos hambre el cuerpo se pone a la defensiva y luego, podría ser, que cualquier cosa que comamos nos engorde. Si no comemos, el cuerpo hace todo lo posible por no gastar energía (no vaya a ser que no tenga cuando la necesite). Quizás por eso hay gente que kome poco y pasa hambre siempre dice la típica frase de » con nada que como, ya engordo» .

2.- Respetar los horarios. El cuerpo además de metabolizar los alimentos tiene que hacer otras cosas, y como todos, necesita un orden. Si comemos a cada rato no lo dejamos trabajar. Hay que ser un reloj (bueno, no tan exagerado…)

3.- Beber agua. Mínimo 1L. Máximo 3 . Beber poco es muy malo pero pasarse tampoco es bueno. Si no bebes, el cuerpo se busca la vida (por eso hay gente que sin beber, no tiene sed), pero eso no quiere decir que el cuerpo no tenga necesidad de agua. El agua es imprescindible y, para eliminar toxinas, fundamental.

4.- Hacer ejercicio. Esto no quiere decir que nos machaquemos en el gimnasio. Si nunca has hecho deporte pues con andar 30/40 minutos al día es suficiente al principio. Y con el tiempo vas subiendo poco a poco, que agotarse tampoco hace falta.

5.- Cocinar al vapor, al horno, a la plancha, estofado, papillote o escaldado. Cosas fritas y a la plancha, sólo en casa (porque sabemos que el aceite que usamos no está usado mil veces)

6.- Las harinas integrales y ecológicas. Para mi, uno de los mandamientos más importantes. Las harinas integrales ecológicas nos facilitan mucho las cosas (por ejemplo, el no tener ansiedad a las 2 horas de comer)

7.- Respetar los gustos de cada uno. A mi me encanta el germen de trigo pero a mi hermana no, pues no hay problema, siempre hay sustitutos igual de saludables y que le gustarán más a unos, que a otros.

8.- Comer frutas y verduras crudas al menos una vez al día. Very important. Las verduras están llenas de minerales y vitaminas que nos ayuda a sacarle partido a las grasas, hidratos de carbono y proteínas (por eso son imprescindibles). Además tienen enzimas ( ya os hablaré de ellas que son muy importantes)

9.-Descansar. Si no descansamos envejecemos antes (aunque alguien no se lo crea). Además de estar en mi peso quiero tener buena cara, el pelo bonito, la piel hidratada, etc. Algún día os contaré lo que me enseño, mi amigo, el Dr. Estanislao Beltrán, especialista en trastornos del sueño.

10.-El más importante de todos: NO ESTOY A DIETA!!!!!!!!!!!!! No voy a ser estricto conmigo mismo y komeré según lo que tenga en casa, lo que haya en el restaurante que voy… Lo más importante no va a ser adelgazar, sino comer lo mejor posible.

El plan empieza en TRES… DOS… UNO… YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
