Mi relación con la nutrición no ha sido por afición sino por… obligación!!!

 

Ay, qué feliz era cuando de adolescente podía comer de todo lo que quería y no engordaba y me encontraba bien. Pero, fue cumplir los 19/20 años y la comida me empezó a sentar mal: me hinchaba mucho, tenía cambios de humor y engordaba con mucha facilidad, pero me »machacaba en el gimnasio y listo».

 

Y sí, hacía su efecto… Adelgazar, adelgazaba pero… me seguía sintiendo hinchada y mi estómago me daba cada vez más a menudo señales de que algo pasaba. Me di cuenta de eso cuando hacía el programa »El Gran Juego de la Oca» en Antena 3.

En esa época me hinchaba como un globo dependiendo de lo que comía (ahora veo fotos y flipo de cómo estaba). Pero la alarma saltó, años después, cuando estaba haciendo el programa »Mamma Mía» en Telemadrid. Un día, después de terminar el programa, me comí una pera y una “cracker” de herbolario. En cuestión de segundos mi cuerpo se empezó a hinchar de una forma exagerada (no puedo explicar con palabras cómo se me puso el cuerpo, horrible) y me desmayé… No una vez, varias…

 

Los momentos en los que me venía la conciencia notaba cómo mi tabique nasal iba desapareciendo, que casi no podía abrir los ojos, que mi tráquea se cerraba y no podía respirar y que la piel de todo mi cuerpo se me ponía muy, muy gruesa y llena de ronchas… Sentí pánico… Un miedo indescriptible… De verdad, aunque no lo creas, veía que me moría… A duras penas conseguí salir de mi casa (hasta el portal perdí la consciencia varias veces) pero arrastrándome conseguí llegar a la calle y me volví a desmayar en la acera. De repente noto que alguien me tapa, abro los ojos y ahí estaba él, Antonio Lujän, un taxista que me llevó al hospital y al que nunca, nunca,nunca olvidaré por cómo se portó conmigo porque me salvó la vida (no es exageración, es la realidad). Me metió en su taxi en brazos y ya no me acuerdo de más.

 

Recuperé la consciencia tumbada en una camilla en el hospital, pero no podía hablar. Oía a los médicos de Puerta de Hierro hablar sobre mí, pero yo no podía decir nada. Recuerdo perfectamente el miedo que sentía. Estaba aterrada porque veía que era el final porque no sabían que hacer conmigo. Exactamente no sabían qué me pasaba, sólo que estaba desfigurada y muy grave, yo recuerdo el dolor tan espantoso que sentía por dentro… Sólo quería que me abrieran de arriba a abajo y me sacaran lo que me estaba matando por dentro. Al final escuché lo que me pasaba: anaflaxia severa. Había sufrido como un “envenamiemto” que me estaba produciendo un fallo multiorgánico. Todo por una “cracker”…

 

En fin… que como podéis ver sobreviví.

 

Me hicieron muchas pruebas y me daban intolerancias alimenticias a muuchas cosas y alergias a ácaros del polvo, ácaros de la comida y nueces.
 Mi alergólogo me dijo que era mejor que no comiera comida preparada y que estuviera pendiente de las reacciones de mi cuerpo cuando comiera porque me podría pasar otra vez… Desde entonces, fui consciente de la importancia que tenía todo lo que pudiera comer y me volví una experta en etiquetas, alimentos, bebidas… Todo lo tengo que revisar antes de comerlo.

 

Por eso, decidí, tomarme en serio el tema y empecé a estudiar cómo se comportan los alimentos una vez están dentro de nuestro organismo. Empecé estudiando Naturopatía y luego hice cursos todos relacionados con la Alimentación (Dietoterapia Energética, Dietoterapia Energética basada en la MtC, nutrición Ortomolecular para el equilibrio Hormonal Femenino,  para la Tiroides, para la Obesidad, para el Estrés… ) , Máster en Naturopatía, Iridiología, Máster en Alimentación y Nutrición . Pero con el tiempo amplié mis conocimientos hacia la energética del organismo, porque me di cuenta que, muchas veces, nuestros malestares no siempre son por carencias nutritivas sino por carencias emocionales o energéticas por eso me decidí a estudiar Kinesiologia  Energética, Sacro-Craneal, Ventosas, Reflexologia y sigo en ello, no dejaré de hacerlo nunca porque es mi gran pasión.

Ahora mis alergias, intolerancias y yo seguimos conviviendo, pero puedo comer muchísimo más que antes porque conozco muy bien a MI organismo. Con mi experiencia, lo que he aprendido es que ningún organismo es igual a otro,  por eso, ninguna dieta es buena para todos (aunque sí hay directrices generales que se pueden aplicar a todas las personas) porque cada persona por dentro es un mundo. Ahora, son más fáciles de llevar a cabo de lo que os imagináis.

 

Además de un poco de voluntad, ser conscientes de que debajo de nuestra piel hay un montón de órganos que trabajan para que nosotros seamos felices, disfrutemos de nuestra familia, de nuestros amigos, de nuestro trabajo, nos emocionemos con una peli, nos enamoremos, tengamos un buen estado físico, tengamos la piel y el pelo bonito o durmamos a pierna suelta, que es muy importante. Mi cuerpo no es un taxi que me lleva de un lado al otro. Mi cuerpo soy yo, por eso por dentro necesita los mismos mimos y cuidados que por fuera… ¿cómo? Yo os voy a ir contando cómo lo hago yo, y a lo mejor así empiezas a querer hacerlo tú también. Porque aunque, no te lo creas, comer es de las cosas más importantes que se hacen en esta vida.
