ésta no la entiendo... le han añadido minerales...pa'qué?? si naturalmente ya los tiene que tener..

A mí la sal no me gusta mucho porque, aunque no lo parezca, no es muy buena para la salud. Nunca he echado sal a la comida hasta que mi profesor de Nutrición, Daniel Vallejo, me descubrió la sal sin refinar.

La he comprado. De aspecto es… «rara» Es un poco más oscura que la sal normal (la refinada) porque no ha sido tan procesada. A la sal refinada la lavan mucho para que esté tan «blanquita» y tan «finita» que te apetezca más comprarla. Esos procesos tiene un pequeño (gran) problema, le quitan muchos minerales que debería llevar al venir del mar.

La he comprado en el Carrefour de al lado de mi casa, es decir, que no es difícil, además hay muchas diferentes.

Esta cuesta unos 5 euros

de encontrar. En cualquier supermercado está.
La he probado y … ME HE ENGANCHADO!!!!!!!! Me encanta el sabor que da y es muy buena para la salud!!!!! Por fin puedo salar mis comidas con tranquilidad. Os la recomiendo.
