Hola a tod@s!!

Hoy hace un día tan lluvioso que sólo apetece quedarse en casita..Y los días como hoy el dulce apetece más que nunca.

Acabo de desayunar dos magdalenas de espelta y galleta de chocolate.

Magdalenas de espelta, 3,50€

 

Estas magdalenas están muy buenas y no son nada pesadas. Esta marca, El Horno de Leña ( me gusta mucho todo lo que hacen ) también las tiene con harina de trigo. No tienen grasas hidrogenadas, es el tipo de grasa que llevan productos como las margarinas. Son grasas que naturalmente son líquidas pero las transforman artificialmente en sólidas. Esa transformación mi cuerpo no la reconoce , lo pasa muy mal para asimilarlas y como no sabe que hacer con ellas las acumula y si se abusa de ellas pues es muy malo, yo por eso me fijo siempre en los ingredientes para asegurarme que no las lleven. Por eso si me apetece la mantequilla prefiero comer mantequilla ( muy poquito eso si) antes que margarinas.

Las galletas de chocolate y coco me encantan, últimamente estoy enganchada. El coco sólo lo llevan por fuera y es poquito, quiero decir, que no saben mucho a coco.

Esta marca también tiene una » nocilla» pero un poco cara. La descubrí el otro día y no la probé aún. Sí probé la de Xavier Mor, es más barata y está riquiiiiiisiiiiima!!!!!!. Peeeero… ya no me la compro más porque lleva el E- 965, , el E- 951 ( ambos son edulcorantes artificiales, malitol y aspartamo y no me gusta nada, nada tomarlos, sobre todo el segundo.) además de plomo y arsénico…. A mi casa no vuelve pero está muuuy buena. Cuando me compre la del Alce Nero os cuento. Ah! Estas nocillas como no llevan grasa animal son más líquidas que las » normales» y eso hace, que, aunque sean más caras, te cunden más. Un besito tod@s! Que komáis mucho y bien!!!!!
