Hola!!! que tal estáis ?? :-))

Yo muy bien, recuperándome del viajecito a New York. Creo que todo ha salido fenomenal, cuando esté terminado el vídeo que estamos haciendo, os lo cuelgo a ver que os parece !!.

El tipo de comidas que hago en EEUU, como ya comenté, es muy suavito menos…….. en las patatas fritas !!!! es que me encantan! y tengo que reconocer que casi todos los días picaba alguna!! Pero no pasa naaaaa’, no hay que ser obsesivos con na-da y menos con la comida que tantos placeres nos da!! La comida tiene que ser nuestra aliada no nuestra enemiga. Por eso » Cuando me paso en algo lo compenso con lo otro «. Por ejemplo, cuando komo  patatas fritas. Las patatas fritas que komo en los restaurantes de comida rápida, no sólo llevan muchísimas grasas trans y saturadas sino que normalmente las » prefabricadas » antes de llegar a mi plato han sufrido muchiiiisimoooos pasos que las desvitalizan totalmente porque  se fríen a temperaturas altíííísimas para que no queden bacterias  y luego se congelan inmediatamente para que se deshidraten completamente. Luego se le agrega bastante sal para conservarlas y demás cosas para que actúen como bactericidas ( y me quedo corta , porque ya llegan muchas veces fritas a los restaurantes y luego las vuelven a freír para que lleguen calientes a mi plato ). Por eso con el paso del tiempo se mantienen incorruptas e inalterables. Por que os creéis que casi todas tienen el mismo grosor y longitud…. Lo tienen todo calculado. Es más, hasta las ensaladas que compro en esos restaurantes vienen ya tratadas pasando a ser » comestibles » y no alimentos. Este tipo de comida genera un montón de radicales libres  y estos son uno de los pilares del envejecimiento, por eso intento comer comida normal y fresca. Así que cuando como patatas fritas fuera de mi casa las acompaño con una buena ensalada fresca y luego como durante el día más fruta cítrica de lo normal y bebo 2 litros de agua.

Pepi me pregunta cuánto aceite utilizo, pues mi respuesta es …. Que no lo se. Yo ni peso ni mido mis alimentos.  En le caso del aceite depende de lo que koma; Si hago de la ensalada » plato único»  le echo un poco más de lo normal porque me encanta, además,  si la hago totalmente vegetal,  siempre mojo pan :-))) (  si le pongo huevo, no komo pan ) Y si no  me quiero pasar porque » esté a dieta » ( ya sabemos lo que engorda, el dichoso ) utilizo un vaporizador para aliñar mis paltos ( o echarle a la sartén cuando me hago la comida a la plancha ) , así es muy difícil pasarse en cantidad.

Edulcorantes yo no utilizo, pero la Stevia, como bien dice Ter, va fenomenal, además, la venden en cajitas pequeñas que para llevar en el bolso va muy bien. En casa también tengo Sirope de Ágave, lo pongo en las tostadas o crepes que hago cuando

tengo visita y a tod@s les encanta!!

Aunque lo mejor para endulzar por las propiedades que tiene es la miel o  la melaza, ésta última un poco más cara y no cunde tanto ( es como una miel muy pastosa ). Otro día hablo de ellas.

 

Ter, para las digestiones pesadas y gases hay un montón de remedios, pero lo más importante es evitar bebidas edulcoradas con gas y  comidas pesadas. Por eso, no mezclo demasiados ingredientes por comida.  Es importantísimo masticar muy muy muy muy bien, para facilitar las digestiones y evitar las fermentaciones. No beber demasiado entre las comidas. La manzanilla es estupenda!!!! ( una de mis plantas favoritas )  Quizás, para lo que me dices el anís es mejor, también el hinojo, la menta,el eneldo, el comino, la albahaca, etc. Yo cuando no me encuentro bien y no tengo infusión a la vista, me tomo enzimas digestivas, Soria Natural tiene Inulac que también llevan lactobacilus y se toman como un caramelo. Hay otros laboratorios como Tongil, Solgar, Lamberts,Zeus, … que tienen muy buenos preparados. Hay productos homeopáticos muy buenos como Carbo Vegetalis D6, Lycopodium D3 y Nux Vomica. Pero lo más importante es lo que te digo al principio.

    Me alegra que haya salido todo genial. Me ha hecho mucha gracia ver el vaporizador porque mi madre hizo una dieta en la perdió peso, pero que no se la recomendaría ni a su peor enemigo, en el que tuvo que comprárselo. Aunque por supuesto lo del vaporizador no era lo malo claro.
    Si puedes, podrías decirme qué viene mejor comer cuando estás estudiando intensivamente (10-13 horas/día)??
