HOY ESPAGUETIS Y HAMBURGUESA

Hola!! Que tal estáis?

Yo muy bien, súper contenta de empezar por fin el 2013. Me acuerdo cuando era niña que me preguntaba dónde estaría yo en el 2000…!!!!  Jajajajajajajajajajaja

Como pasa de rápido el tiempo, es increíble, pasa tan rápido que, a veces, pasa sin darnos cuenta. Por eso yo intento cuidarme tanto por fuera como por dentro, mi objetivo es cumplir años como lo hizo mi abuela o lo están haciendo mis padres. Que buen ejemplo he tenido. Mi padre siempre decía » Hay que cuidarse »  y mi abuela, Dolores do Moreno, decía » Ó corpo pouco»  ( Al cuerpo poco ).  Y parece ser que tiene que ser así, dice la ciencia que el mejor método antienvejecimiento es la restricción calórica. Al comer menos cantidad , el cuerpo trabaja menos y por tanto hay menos reacciones químicas y se gasta todo menos. Comer poco no quiere decir pasar hambre ni comer de una forma que no te gusta.  Yo creo que tiene que ser todo lo contrario. Hay que disfrutar de la comida pero intentar hacerlo de una forma consciente. La comida y la forma de alimentarse se hace dependiendo de lo que le compense a cada uno y a  mi me compensa cuidarme, mi cuerpo es mi vehículo para todo en la vida y si yo no lo cuido quién lo va a cuidar? Además cómo no lo voy a cuidar si es el soporte que me ayuda a intentrar realizar mis sueños, a ser feliz, a relacioname con el entorno. Es más, solo como agradeciendo a la vida por haber nacido sana, me cuido. Por eso me tomo en serio y procuro que por mi no quede.

Bueno os  voy a decir que he comido :

En ayunas me he tomado mi agua templada con el zumo de un limón.

Agua templada con zumo de limón.

El agua templadita con limón me ayuda » ducharme » por dentro.

Pasados 15 minutos me he tomado 1 pera. Las peras mucha fibra y agua.

Después mis tostadas de pan de kamut con mermelada y café con leche de soja.

Café con leche de soja y tostadas con mermelada.

A media mañana me he tomado 1 zanahoria ecológica.

Media hora antes de comer me he tomado 2 manzanas.

Manzanas.

 

Fijáos la diferencia, las ecológicas ( están el el paquete ) son más pequeñas y cada una tiene su forma y no brillan tanto como la que no es ecológica.

He comido espaguettis de espelta con algas y crema de espelta.

He merendado-cenado una hambuerguesa de soja con repollo de mi huerto ( que ilusión!!!)

Hamburguesa de soja marca SojaSun ( 3,50, vienen 2 x paquete

Hay que comer mucha col,  las crucíferas tienen un antioxidante que se llama indol-3-carbinol, es un fitonutriente que entre otras cosas protege de los daños al ADN, dicen que es uno de los anticancerígenos más potentes.

También las manzanas y  el limón  son alimentos ricos en Vit.C, en fibra, en potasio, calcio y magnesio . Tienen propiedades diuréticas, antiinflamatorias, antiácidas, anticancerígenas etc…

La zanahoria tiene provitamina A, muy buena para » la piel de dentro »  y  fuera, la gente propensa a las úlceras debería komerla asiduamente, evita el estreñimiento,es  muy buena para la vista.

Esto es lo que he komido yo, y vosotros??

    Desayuno: Descafeinado con leche desnatada y cereales ecológicos de la marca Eco Cesta.
    Media mañana: 1 kiwi, uvas y piña.
    Comida:Plato de pasta con verduras.
    Merienda: Aquí como algo mas ya que tenía un poco de hambre, se que comí de más. Unos cereales, un bollito integral y un te.
    Cena: Boquerones un poco rebozados con harina de Espelta, luego un vasito de leche desnatada.
    Como lo ves?.

Mi pregunta és: Los yogures de la marca sojasun llevan azúcar. He leido en posts anteriores que el azúcar blanco es perjudicial para la salud además de destruir el colágeno. Esta marca no especifica el tipo de ázúcar. La recomiendas? Existe alguna marca de yogures de soja que no contenga azúcar, es decir estevia o fructosa apta para diabéticos? Gracias. Un abrazo!

    Me gustaría (si puedes) que me ayudaras. Llevo un tiempo para acá que tengo un montón de ansiedad con la comida y aunque hago mis cinco comidas al día no paro de comer. Me han comentado sobre las flores de bach pero no sé cual de ellas y si son efectivas. Que me recomiendas?
