Recomendación para el fin de semana

Hola!!

Ya que es viernes ( por fin!!!) Por eso quiero recomendaros un restaurante que descubrí hace unas semanas. Está en Majadahonda, en la calle San Andrés , 14. Se llama El Viejo Fogón. Es un restaurante pequeñito y familiar. La comida está muy buena porque la materia prima es de calidad, de hecho está recomendado por la Guía Michelín.  Hacen menús para eventos y tienen menú degustación. El precio es bastante aceptable.

Yo no he podido probar de todo. Me decanté por las láminas de merluza con  unos tirabeques!!! Una de mis verduras favoritas!! Me llevo unas alegrías cada vez que me las encuentro fuera de mi casa! Además me los prepararon al vapor que es como más me gustan. Aquí os dejo algunos de los platos que han pedido mis amigos. No os enfadéis porque no pongo el nombre del plato…

Otra de las cosas buenas que tiene este restaurante es que cambia de carta a menudo. Podéis encontrar más información en su web www.elviejofogón.es donde también ponen los precios de los platos. Desde aquí le mando un beso a José Fernádez, el Chef y a todo su equipo porque el trato es excelente.

Por cierto, también mandarle un beso a Cuco Cuervo por las fotos tan chulas que ha hecho!!

    Patricia, querría primero decirte que me encanta tu blog que te seguía ya antes y me encanta que estés en diez minutos!! y luego decirte si sabes alguna marca de gelatinas, -ya que dicen que tiene tantas propiedades- yo tomo la de Royal, pero si conoces otra mejor!!!!
