¡Hola! En el  programa de la semana pasada han estado Alicia Hernández (una de las creadoras de la marca de moda Dolores Promesas)  y Chenoa. Me lo he pasado tan bien con ellas!!!

El plato que le preparé a Chenoa es uno de mis básicos favoritos!!! Este plato es como el típico vestido que te puedes poner para ir a cualquier sitio, y prácticamente en cualquier estación del año, sobre todo si eres de las mujeres que, como ella y yo , somos tendentes a retener líquidos y a coger peso con más facilidad de la que nos gustaría.

Yo estoy muy acostumbrada a comer hidratos de carbono en forma de pasta o grano. Hace tiempo que me he dado cuenta que sin ellos en mi despensa no hay dieta ni cura detox que valga.

Por cierto, permitidme un inciso, ahora en otoño las dietas detox no deben de ser a base de jugos de verduras o frutas. Es mejor hacerlas de consomé, sopas o caldos de verduras con huesos. Y si la hacéis de fruta que sea de uvas, granadas o manzanas. 

Total, que como estamos en otoño y quiere cuidarse para estar guapa a Chenoa le he preparado:

PASTA DE TRIGO SARRACENO CON LANGOSTINOS

Los ingredientes para dos personas son:

  • 250 grs de trigo sarraceno
  • Agua mineral
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • Sal sin refinar
  • 1l de caldo de pescado
  • Salsa tamari sin gluten
  • 250 grs de langostinos
  • Un bol de algas  hiziki en seco
  • Una cucharadita de cebollino
  • Un puñadito de semillas de sésamo

Elaboración:

  • El primer paso es cocer el trigo sarraceno, con 5 / 7 minutos aproximadamente sería suficiente. Colamos y justo lo volcamos en el caldo de pescado previamente calentado con unas gotas de salsa tamari.
  • Por otro lado salteamos los langostinos a fuego bajo con aceite de oliva virgen.
  • En otro bol hidratamos las algas unos 5 o 10 minutos, según la temperatura del agua y a continuación las cocemos, en un minuto estarán listas y ya tenemos todos los ingredientes para servir nuestro plato:-))
  • Al caldo con el trigo sarraceno le añadimos el alga el  hiziki ya cocida y los langostinos. Por último podemos añadirle unas semillas de sésamo por encima para que el plato sea completísimo!

Este plato no tiene gluten. Se puede comer, cenar o desayunar!!! Super digestivo y reconfortante. Podéis cocer la pasta en el propio caldo de pescado pero si no tenéis práctica con con el sarraceno , creo que es mejor que lo hagáis por separado, porque su textura es muy «especialita». Pero están Riquiiiiiiiisiiiiimos!!!!

El plato que le hice a Alicia es muy agradecido. Además de estar buenísimo ( como no! ) lo puedes trasladar con toda la facilidad del mundo. Te lo puedes llevar al trabajo tan ricamente porque ni gotea, ni huele incluso en frío está rico! Para lo que me planteó Alicia , le hice:

 ALBÓNDIGAS CON TOFU

Los ingredientes para dos personas son:

  • 1 Barra de tofu
  • Media cebolla finamente picada
  • 1 Cucharada sorpera de perejil fresco picado
  • Media cucharada de albahaca
  • Media cucharada de orégano
  • 1 Huevo batido
  • Media taza de germen de trigo
  • Un chorrito de aceite de oliva

Para la salsa de aguacate acompañante:

  • 1 Aguacate maduro
  • Medio limón exprimido
  • Dos cucharadas soperas de mayonesa vegetal
  • Sal sin refinar

Elaboración:

  • Primero salteamos la cebolla con un poco de aceite y agua mineral.
  • Por otro lado envolvemos el tofu en un trapo y lo dejamos sudar un ratito. Cuando haya sudado lo suficiente lo sacamos y desmenuzamos en un bol.
  • Después añadimos todos los ingredientes en el mismo. Mezclamos bien todo y hacemos bolitas.
  • Preparamos una bandeja con papel de horno y las colocamos todas para hornearlas durante 20 minutos a 180º.
  •  Para la salsa de aguacate solo tenemos que batir todos los ingredientes : el aguacate, dos cucharadas soperas de mayonesa vegetal, un poquito de sal y el jugo de medio limón. Ya tenemos nuestra salsa, sólo nos queda sacar las albóndigas del horno y servir!

Como veis más fácil no puede ser!! Si queréis podéis acompañarlas de pasta, arroz o quinoa y ponéis la salsa por encima….mmmmmmmmm Riquismo!

    Hola Patricia, con respecto a la receta para Chenoa, escribes en negrita que «no tiene gluten»… pues ¡OJO! La salsa de soja contiene trigo (gluten) lo que puede llevar a engaño a todas las personas que como yo son celiacas. Es por esto que espero que aclares esta cuestión porque tu blog y el programa lo siguen muchas personas. Gracias.

    Hola Patricia!, me encanta tu programa, tengo todos los episodios grabados, me he releído 100 veces tu libro yosikecomo y siempre aprendo algo nuevo pero hoy me he quedado un poco chafada, me diagnosticaron fibromialgia hace dos años, a día de hoy no hay solución, tras leer y leer artículos y experiencias de otros enfermo a siempre encontré una coincidencia, la alimentación.
    Empecé a cuidar mucho más este aspecto aunque sigo sufriendo muchos dolores y hoy me han dicho que me alimento mal, me aconsejan la dieta hipotóxica que por lo que he visto difiere en bastantes cosas con tus recomendaciones. ¿Me podrías aconsejar?.     Estimada Patricia, no quería dejar pasar la razón por la cual compré tu libro y me decidí a seguir tus consejos de alimentación.
    Todo se resume en la respuesta que deje en un espacio donde alguien se dedicó a desacreditarte y con eso lo que logro fue ayudarme. Esta fue la respuesta que deje en aquel site.
