A mi me gusta cocinar, pero hay veces que me da una pereza… Sobre todo lo de pelar y lavar las verduras. Son buenísimas para la salud y a mi, me encantan, pero, reconozcámoslo todos, es un rollo pelarlas. Pero hay que comerlas porque son IM PRES CIN DI BLES!!!!!

Para los días como hoy (que estoy perezosa) lo que hago es comer GERMINADOS. Los GERMINADOS es lo más parecido a lo que comen las vacas, es decir, es el vegetal en el estado puro, cuando está creciendo.

Os pongo unas fotitos de los que tengo en casa hoy.

Ajo. Este es para valientes porque es fuerte, fuerte
Este de Rábano. Muy fan..mucha Vit C, descongestionante, etc..
Alfalfa, los que más como yo y los caballos

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lo mejor de los germinados es lo fácil que son de comer porque no saben a nada (menos el de ajo que te sale humo por las orejas). Lo puedes poner en cualquier ensalada o cualquier plato y no cambia el sabor y, de verdad, es lo más sano que hay. Para mi está dentro de mis top 5 de alimentos saludables.

 

Por qué son «taaan» buenos? Pues porque son la planta en su estado puro. Tiene todas sus vitaminas, sus minerales, sus aminoácidos, sus hidratos, sus enzimas, todo, todo, todo. Y con que te pongas un poco en las comidas es suficiente como sustitutivo de las verduras.

Brócoli, el Grande..uno de los alimentos más anticancerígenos que podemos comer

 

Además están muy bien de precio 1,60 euros, 1,85, 2,75 euros.. dependiendo de la planta que compres. Yo éstos los compré en Hipercor pero los tienes en cualquier súper.

Ah!! Súper importante: los tienes que lavar muy muy bien con agua.

Bueno, que no hay excusas, que si no os gustan las verduras, ya sabéis lo que comer para que no os falten minerales y vitaminas.

 

 

 

Vaya, de escribir se me ha pasado la pereza y me voy a preparar una ensalada y le voy poner unos cuántos.

 

Mi ensalada de hoy:

Una lata de atún.

Media cebolla

Dos tomates pelados (yo los pelo siempre)

Un «puñadito» de Germinados de brócoli.

 

Bueno, me la voy a comer…

Ya sabéis, si lo probáis, me lo contáis.
