Me encantan las patatas fritas!!!!!!! Yo no las como muchas veces porque engordan un montón, pero como aquí nos da igual engordar un poquito (ya quemaremos las calorías), hoy las voy a comer. Eso si,hay una cosa que tengo clarísimo: sólo las como en casa porque es fundamental el aceite con el que se fríen.
Hay muchísimos aceites de oliva en el mercado pero no todos son iguales. Coged la marca que más os guste pero que sea lo más natural posible, fijáos en que por lo menos no sean refinados que están muy bien camuflados.
Mirad, éste aceite por ejemplo, es de oliva pero en los ingredientes pone » aceite que contiene exclusivamente aceite de oliva que se haya sometido a un tratamiento de refinado y aceites obtenidos directamente de aceitunas. Que os parece?? Pues a mi, mal. Por que lo han obtenido mediante refinado y con ese tratamiento pierde muchiiiisimas propiedades y además ya no es tan bueno para la salud porque lo han sometido a procesos, perdiendo con ellos todo lo bueno que tiene.
Y ahora fijáos en este, pone : Aceite de oliva obtenido directamente de aceitunas y sólo mediante procedimientos mecánicos«. Incluso nos dan toda la información nutricional.Este es el que me gusta.. que no nos ponen ni el «exclusivamente» jajajajaja… Es muy importante leer las etiquetas de las cosas porque así sabremos realmente lo que comemos y no cuesta tanto perder un minuto leyendo.
Total que con un aceite de oliva de primera presión en frío sin refinar me hice unas patatitas fritas con salmón a la plancha.Otra cosa, Yo cuando hago las cosas a la plancha las pongo en la sartén prácticamente fría y a fuego lento( aunque tarde un pelín más) porque las altas temperaturas estropean el valor del alimento y la patata es muy sana. Luego cuando está hecho para que me quede doradito pues subo unos segundos la temperatura y listo.
Las he tomado con salmón porque es muy buen pescado, yo prefiero los pescados azules, su grasa es estupenda para todo ( para la piel, el colesterol, el pelo, el estado de ánimo etc.. ) y a mí el sabor me encanta. Lo he hecho a la plancha. Para darle un toque verde (que ya sabéis que siempre viene bien) le he puesto unas hojas de escarola.
No he komido pan… que tampoco hay que pasarse… (hoy 🙂 ) y lo he regado todo con una copita de vino tinto.
