Hoy ha sido un día feliz porque he comido pasta, una de mis comidas favoritas!!! Hoy me he levantado tarde porque ayer salí 😉 y me acosté tarde. Nada más levantarme, desayuné un poco y me he ido al gim y la verdad es que me he machado bastante porque quería eliminar todas las toxinas que tengo de estos días. El deporte es fundamental para mí (y debería ser para todos) porque aparte de quemar calorías, te elimina toxinas del cuerpo que es FUNDAMENTAL!!!

Como he hecho mucho deporte (he dejado la bicicleta del spinning para el arrastre) me he preparado un plato de pasta para reponer fuerzas (que es muy importante).

Yo no puedo comer trigo a diario porque me sienta FATAL:(((( Tengo intolerancia y lo tengo vetado, pero muy de vez en cuando me doy un homenaje (una vez al mes como mucho) porque me encanta… Eso sí, la komo integral porque la pasta blanca para mi,ni una vez al mes (never es never).

Hoy he tomado pasta de trigo integral de la marca Bio Idea, que es una marca ecológica y he elegido la tricolor (va con tomate y espinacas)



Nata de Soja de sojasun, unos 2€


Yo la hago muy sencilla. Una vez cocida, la lavo un poquito para limpiarla del almidón que pierde en la cocción, y siempre los dejo al dente (engorda menos, por si no lo sabéis) .

Luego le he puesto nata de soja porque soy intolerante a los lacteos (yo y mis intolerancias) La marca Sojasun me gusta porque no está genéticamente modificada y la textura es suave

Por último he salteado un poquito de brócoli y cebolla que además de darle mas sabor las verduras,para mi, son imprescindibles en cualquier comida, repito en alto IMPRESCINDIBLE!

Como véis un buen plato lleno de nutientes con 4 ingredientes, pasta, nata, cebolla y brócoli. Fácil de hacer, rápido y súper sano .

Una pena que en la «fotico» no se aprecie lo rico que estaba!!!!




Ale!!! a reponer energías!!!
