Hoy ha sido un día horrible. Hacía tiempo que no me daba una anafilaxia, pero hoy me ha tocado. La anafilaxia son reacciones alérgicas severas que te dan cuándo comes algo que te da alergia. Yo, como cuento en mi historia, pasé uno horrible porque creí, literalmente, que me moría. Luego he tenido otros, pero al haber vivido ya uno, tienes algo de experiencia y me voy rápidamente a urgencias en cuánto tengo algún síntoma. Son muy peligrosos porque son ataques muy fuertes y te dejan hecha polvo y, sobre todo, a mi me dan pánico. Vienen cuándo menos te lo esperas…

el Kanne

 

Hoy me he levantado pronto y de muy buen humor. Cuándo iba a desayunar, he decidido tomar KANNE, que lo he tomado varias veces. El Kanne es una bebida para limpiarte por dentro porque tiene muchas lacto bacterias y está hecho con agua de manantial. Es un producto muy sano. Me lo he tomado varias veces pero hoy, me he puesto un vaso y me lo he bebido entero, poco a poco porque el sabor es… cómo decirlo… HORRIBLE!!!!

 

Después de beberlo me he puesto a escribir mi post de hoy y me han empezado a picar los ojos. No le he dado mucha importancia. Pero me han empezado a picar más y a mí, cuándo ya me pican así, me asusto porque es un síntoma de que algo en mi organismo falla. Me he ido al baño a echarme agua y me he visto en el espejo y han saltado todas las alarmas. El Kanne, que lo había tomado otras veces, me había hecho reacción alérgica.

Tenía un angioedema pequeño, pero creciendo. Me he empezado a sentir mal, me he mareado y he llamado corriendo a Luis para que me llevara a urgencias. Ha venido súper rápido y me ha llevado a las urgencias del hospital Infanta Sofía. En el coche ya empezaba a notar que me faltaba el aire porque en estos ataques se te cierra la garganta. Gracias a Dios, como hemos tardado muy poco he llegado a tiempo para que me cogieran a tiempo antes de que viniese el ataque fuerte.

Al llegar al hospital

Me he pensado mucho poner esta foto porque no es agradable (es una foto que me han hecho para llevar a mi alergólogo para que la pueda testar), pero al final he decidido ponerla para que comprobéis que no es una broma. Que las alergias y las intolerancias son muy peligrosas y hay veces que la gente no se lo cree, no te toman en serio, o se creen que eres una «pedorra» que no quieres comer ciertas cosas porque engordas (que es algo que da mucha rabia). Yo, como muchas otras personas, tenemos que controlar lo que comemos porque nos puede hacer mucho mucho daño. Y la gente que empieza a tener intolerancias tiene que ser consciente que hay que cuidarse y tomarse en serio los «malestares» que tienen después de ciertas comidas porque pueden derivar en cosas más graves.

 

En el hospital me han metido un «chute» de hidrocortisona y antihistamínicos. Al cabo de un par de horas ya me ha empezado a remitir.

A las diez horas del tratamiento

 

Después de 10 horas ya estoy mucho mejor. Me siento débil porque me han puesto medicamentos y me queda un tratamiento de 15 días, pero estoy muy contenta porque estoy bien. Gracias a cuidar mis alimentos la última que tuve fue hace seis años, cuándo me podrían dar más a menudo, pero cuidar lo que komo me da tranquilidad. De verdad, no sabéis lo mal que se pasa y lo comparto con vosotros, insisto, para que os toméis en serio lo que koméis, que es muy importante.

 

 

 

Luis siempre está pendiente de mi al comer (Patri, que eso te puede sentar mal; Patri, eso no lo tomes que no sabes lo que lleva,…) muchas veces no le hago caso, ahora se lo voy a hacer siempre!!! (Bueno, casi siempre 🙂 )

La próxima semana tengo que ir a mi alergólogo a llevarle una muestra del kanne y la foto con mi cara con la reacción.

Una cosa muy importante: El Kanne es muy saludable, muchísimo, pero a mí organismo le da alergia y lo tengo que dejar de tomar, pero lo sigo recomendando!!!!!!!! Tampoco puedo tomar naranjas y son buenísimas para la salud…

Voy a cenar algo suave porque no he comido en todo el día y a la camita, que tengo que descansar.

Le mando un besito muy fuerte al equipo de Urgencias del Hospital Infanta Sofía que me han tratado fenomenal.

    ay madre mía!! qué susto!! yo también estoy delgada y cada vez que no quiero comer algo tengo que oír que si estoy a dieta, que por qué, etc. Los humanos somos muy pesados y preguntones!!

    Debería haber más información al respecto y haber más opciones en los restaurantes. No es ninguna broma. En la película de «Hitch» se ve como William Smith empieza a tener ese tipo de hinchazón en su cara por algo que le produce alergia.

    Hay poca concienciación. Gracias por tener el valor de mostrarlo.

Nosotros pertenecemos a la asociación de alergia a alimentos y látex (aepnaa) para intentar abrirnos camino en el día a día de una persona con alergia.
    Tan sólo te pondré un ejemplo; mi hijo el primer año de curso escolar no pudo ir al colegio porque en los distintos colegios que intentamos escolarizarlos los directores no querían hacerse responsables de la medicación del niño en caso de una reacción. En cosas como estas con la ayuda y el apoyo de la asociación hemos conseguido que mi hijo pueda ir al colegio.
