Hoy ha sido un día de rodaje con la productora (estamos con un proyecto nuevo). Como terminamos tarde (a las cuatro y media) pues tuvimos que echar mano de un clásico, Vips! Para los que no son de Madrid, Vips es una cadena de tiendas/cafetería, muy famosa porque está abierto a cualquier hora.

Hacía mucho tiempo que no comía en uno de ellos… Que recuerdos!!! Pase el tiempo que pase siempre me recordará a cuando llegué a Madrid hace xx años. Cuando hacía los castings para «El Juego de la Oca» me quedaba en un hotel de la calle Gran Vía y en frente había un Vips. La de sandwiches de pan pita que me tomé!!!!

En éste tipo de restaurantes todo apetece, porque es un festival de la grasa. :-).

Las grasas( entre otras cosas) tienen mucha palatalabilidad, es decir, activan las papilas gustativas como nadie y babeamos literalmente (jajajaja ).

Yo en éste tipo de sitios fácil, fácil, no lo tengo… además una cosa que me molesta bastante es que a toooooodooooo le ponen queso.. ( será por eso de la palatalabilidad… cuánta mas grasa … más quieres comer )

Mis amigos se pidieron lo normal en un Vips :

Quesadillas, hamburguesas, bocadillos, el mítico Vips Club… y todo ello regado con coca-cola y cerveza…

Está todo muy bueno pero sano, lo que se dice sano, no es…

Lo que yo bebí, como siempre en un restaurante y antes de empezar a comer, fue una manzanilla con limón, porque ayuda a mi estómago a estimularse para recibir los alimentos (además de hidratarme).

Y para comer me pedí la ensalada Louisana porque era la única que no tenía nada rebozado, ni salsas, ni nada por el estilo. La más limpia, vamos… Lleva lechuga, rúcola, aceitunas negras, tomates secos y bolitas de queso mozzarela (yo el queso no me lo comí). Aunque no es un plato completo, no está mal. Por lo menos me comí una buena ración de vitaminas, minerales y fibra (es lo que tiene la rúcula y la lechuga). Llevaba poco aliño la verdad (cosa positiva) y estaba bastante buena.

También comí las «Patatas Vips». No son iguales que las patatas fritas,porque aunque también lo están, por lo menos, tienen la piel que tiene fibra y eso nunca viene mal, además la piel de la patata me encanta!!!

Ah!! la grabación fue muy bien.

Que komáis mucho y bien!!!!
