Hola a tod@s!! Estos días no me ha dado tiempo de subir post 🙁 .. y os he echado de menos!!

Hoy he desayunado un zumo de apio y zanahoria. También he tomado un café ecológico (ya os he puesto fotos otro día) con leche de avena y unos cereales de quinoa y espelta.

Primero me he tomado el jugo de zanahoria y apio, ésta mezcla me encanta. El apio es una de mis hortalizas favoritas, limpia muy bien los riñones y el hígado, elimina toxinas, al tener mucho potasio es muy diuretico y tiene bastante vitamina C., y la zanahoria que me protege de los radicales libres además de cuidar mi piel y mis ojos.

Los cereales que he tomado son de quinoa. La quinoa es muy nutritiva, además tiene todos los aminoácidos ( buena proteína ) tiene mucho calcio ( incluso más que la leche) ,hierro, fósforo, vitamina B y ácidos grasos esenciales, pero sobre todo.. ( que es últimamente lo que más me importa) su digestión no es nada pesada, que yo últimamente tengo el estómago muy débil.La he mezclado con un poquito de espelta, se complementan bastante bien.




Igual de importante que el komer, es el beber. Yo bebo dependiendo del día. Por ejemplo, si hago mucho deporte bebo más que si no lo hago. No bebo una cantidad exacta por día como hace otra gente. Yo, bebo AGUA , infusiones, zumos de frutas y verduras y vino (generalmente tinto). No bebo bebidas light, ni azucaradas, ni carbonatadas… No me importa que no engorden, Para mi los alimentos en general son algo más que proteínas, vitaminas, minerales, carbohidratos o grasas..( si fueran sólo eso con comer una » barrita» sería suficiente). No creo que haya alimentos milagrosos ni todo lo contrario.Pero sí creo que influye mucho su combinación y de qué alimentos abuses. Por eso yo no bebo bebidas de ese tipo porque producen desequilibrios de minerales, agotan el páncreas (órgano indispensable en el metabolismo y digestión de los alimentos) ademas llevan «cosas» que mi cuerpo no sabe ni lo que son, . . Mediante los alimentos,( del ejercicio moderado, relaciones sociales, ..) le enviamos mensajes a nuestro cuerpo.(. yo soy de las que creo que los alimentos influyen en nuestros pensamientos, en nuestras ansiedades…en todo.) y depende de nosotros el mensaje que le llegue.
