Hola !!!

Estaba leyendo este artículo http://www.crecerfeliz.es/Ninos/Salud/ninos-celiacos habla sobre la celiaquía que padecen los niños ( y adultos). La verdad es que es increíble, pero cada vez, hay más gente con alergias, dermatitis, eccemas, obesidad, artritis…Cada vez estamos más estresados, sin los protectores de estómago no somos na´, muchísima gente se medica para dormir etc.

Nuestro cuerpo necesita para funcionar bien : nutrirse, respirar, moverse , relacionarse y descansar. Si alguna de estas cosas las hacemos mal, algo no funcionará. El problema ( o no ) es que el cuerpo hace toooooodo lo posible porque tú no te enteres, siempre busca tu salud, esto hace que muchas veces no se noten los síntomas y de repente te sale una » alergia» . Por eso creo firmemente en la alimentación, en el deporte y en las relaciones. La OMS dice que » La salud es el estado completo de bienestar físico, emocional, espiritual y social y no meramente la ausencia de enfermedad o infecciones.» Y, yo creo , que gran parte de la salud radica en el modo que nos alimentamos y algo así de simple no lo hacemos del todo bien…

Cuantos menos pesticidas, insecticidas, colorantes, conservantes nos komamos mejor nos irá. Por que, por poder, podemos comernos un camión pero lo que pasa » dentro» es fundamental para nuestra salud. Nuestro cuerpo para metabolizar bien los alimentos y sacarle todo el partido posible tiene que reconocerlos, y a día de hoy, gran parte de lo que comemos ha pasado por miles de procesos antes de llegar a nuestro plato y cuantos más procesos má propiedades se pierden y si además le añadimos cosas artifiales hechas en un laboratorio, peor porque lo único que conseguimos es estresarnos.

Todo esto más o menos lo sabemos todos, el problema está cuando vamos a la compra.Queremos que todo sea perfecto, Y claro, una manzana pequeña y » sin brillo » no la queremos, la a verdura limpia ( por favor! ). Estamos remando contra corriente, porque la industria nos da lo que demandamos pero eso conlleva la destrucción del medio ambiente ( y si la tierra no es buena tampoco será lo que se de en ella ) y, poco a poco, el detrimento de nuestras capacidades físicas. Y, la verdad os digo, yo no quiero saber la capacidad que tiene mi organismo para curarme. Prefiero prevenirlo y si me pongo » malita» que esté lo más fuerte posible para hacerle frente.

"A" Ingredientes: agua, boquerón, E- 401, sal, vinagre de vino, aceite de oliva, E-621,E330
"B" Ingredientes: Limón, agua, sal, vinagre y ácido láctico.

Bueno, me voy a comer unas aceitunas, con cuales me quedo? aceitunas A o aceitunas B?
