Vaya NOTICIÓN que nos ha dado Esther!!!! GRACIAS!!!! Que bien un supermercado ecológico!!! Iré a investigar a ver que tal y os cuento.

Sandra quiere saber como tomar las semillas de lino. Las semillas de lino son muy buenas, son la principal fuente vegetal de omega 3. Yo prefiero comerlas enteras y masticarlas muy bien antes que batirlas porque se pueden enranciar antes. La gente que las toma remojadas en agua ( dejándolas en remojo toda la noche ) es para favorecer el tránsito intestinal. De todas formas, si te da pereza masticarlas tanto, el aceite de Krill, es muy bueno también. El Krill es como una mini gamba ( el plato favorito de las ballenas) que tiene ácidos grasos omega 3, fosfolípidos y antioxidantes y lo encuentras en cápsulas.

Gabri Los cereales ( y las verduras) es lo que más me gusta!!!!! SI son integrales ecológicos son la mejor fuente de energía que podemos comer. Hay muchos cereales , los que más fácilmente tenemos a nuestro alcance son ( más o menos )

El Trigo: Es rido en proteínas de buena calidad, el problema es que está demasiado» vapuleado » muy tratado, además, al llevarlo muchísimos alimentos pues nuestro organismo ya está un poco » cansado «. Yo lo komo muy poco.

La Espelta: Tiene más nutrienetes que el trigo tradicional, proteína completa, Vitamina B, E, betacarotenos, silicio, potasio, magnesio y zinc. Como ves muy completo, a mi me encanta y yo lo komo mucho en pasta. Aunque en grano entero como si fuera arroz está riquísimo!!!! En verano lo pongo mucho en ensaladas como plato frío.

Ell Kamut: Muy completo también y tienen menos gluten que los dos anteriores ( hay gente sensible al gluten que lo puede comer )Es dulzón, yo lo compro en pan ( y con mermelada está que te mueres!!! ) Si te gusta la pasta gordita también te lo recomiendo porque salen unos macarrones muuuuy suculentos.

La Quinoa. Tine todos los aminoácidos y menos hidratos que los demás. Tiene mucho Calcio ( más que la leche ) y más vit. E que el resto de cereales. Yo algunas veces me lo preparo para cenar porque no es nada pesado. ( Además según los orientales fortalece y regenera el riñón ). Bueno para la gente con cansancio crónico.

El Arroz : Es el cereal más equilibrado. Ideal para regular la insulina. Muy bueno para el pulmón y las vías respiratorias. ( pero yo no lo puedo comer mucho :-(( )

La Avena: Muy nutritivo, rico en aminoácidos esenciales, reduce el colesterol, y al corazón le encanta.

El Centeno: MUUUUUY depurativo. (Yo casi todos los días desayuno pan de centeno y muchas veces me lo compro germinado ( otro día pongo foto para que veáis como es )Refuerza el sistema circulatorio y digestivo y moviliza las grasas del hígado ( yo es con la quinoa y espelta el que más tomo)

El Maíz: Muy referscante ahora que estamos en verano, diurético. Pero SOLO si es ecológico. Los enlatados, los kilos y todo lo demás es tooooodo lo contrario.

El Mijo: Otro de mis favoritos porque rebaja la acidez sanguínea, y es el que más mima al bazo. Muchos minerales

Hay algunos más pero estos son los que más fácilmente encontramos. Todos los cereales pierden todas las propiedades si no son ecológicos e integrales.

Mañana os pongo recetas para pizza y bollería que está muuuuy rica!!!!

Me quedan muchas preguntas que contestar!!!! También hablaremos del colesterol pero es que no tengo tiempo de más hoy :-((( pero mañana más y mejor!!!

    Entiendo q las propiedades no sean las musmas si no son integrales, pero no entiendo lo d q tngan q ser ecologicos, xq eso es para q no contengan pesticidas y demas pero el producto es el mismo. Cual es la diferencia entre integral y de grano entero?
