Hola! ¿Qué tal estáis? Yo muy bien, feliz!!!

Hoy os voy a hablar de otro tipo de nutrición, tan elemental para mí , como la que ya conocemos. En esta no hay grasas, ni hidratos, vitaminas o proteínas. Y no es tangible.

Bueno no lo voy a hacer yo. Os lo va a contar un conocido por todos vosotros, Albert Einstein. Quiero mostraros ( aunque supongo que algunos la conoceréis )  una de las cartas que le envía a su hija.

La encontré en el libro que me estoy leyendo ahora,  se llama ‘Genética de la Emoción: El origen de la enfermedad’ del Dr. Antonio Alcalá Malavé. Especialista en oftalmología de la visión, neurocientífico, experto en hipnosis clínica regresiva, bioquímica cerebral, biología neuronal y ADN. Tiene 4 premios nacionales de Medicina y es Académico correspondiente de la Real Academia de Medicina y Cirugía de Cadíz y académico de mérito de la Academia Malagueña de Ciencias.

Me compré el libro, por el título.

Hipócrates ya decía que la enfermedad empieza en la parte emocional. Decía que si ésta no estaba bien, equilibrada, el cuerpo se debilita y puede aparecer la enfermedad. También para la Medicina Tradicional China la parte emocional es tan importante como la física.  Para ellos , los órganos se expresan en sígnos  como las lágrimas o la alegría , o síntomas como la pena, el rencor o la ira. A estas teorías no todo el mundo le da importancia. Yo me lo creo » a pies juntillas » . Yo creo que el cuerpo no se puede separar de la mente, ni la mente del cuerpo.

Bueno, como lo prometido es deuda aquí os dejo la carta. Fue su propia hija quién donó 1.400 cartas escritas por Einstein a la Universidad Hebrea , con la orden de no hacer público su contenido hasta dos décadas después de su muerte. Esta es una de ellas, a ver qué os parece:

Cuando propuse la teoría de la relatividad, muy pocos me entendieron, y lo que revelaré ahora para que lo transmitas a la humanidad también chocará con la incomprensión y los perjuicios del mundo. Te pido, aún así, que la custodies todo el tiempo que sea necesario, años, décadas, hasta que la sociedad haya avanzado lo suficiente para acoger lo que te explico a continuación.

 Hay una fuerza extremadamente poderosa para la que hasta ahora la ciencia no ha encontrado una explicación formal.  Es una fuerza que incluye y gobierna a todas las otras, y que incluso está detrás de cualquier fenómeno que opera en el universo y aún no ha sido identificado por nosotros. Esta fuerza universal es el amor. Y la forma de llegar a él es la mística.

El amor es la luz, dado que ilumina a quién lo da y lo recibe. El amor es gravedad, por que hace que unas personas se sientan atraídas por otras. El amor es potencia, porque multiplica lo mejor que tenemos, y permite que la humanidad no se extinga en su ciego egoísmo, El amor revela y desvela. Por amor se vive y se muere. El amor es Dios, y Dios es el amor.

Esta fuerza lo explica todo y da sentido en mayúsculas a la vida. Esta es la variable que hemos obviado durante demasiado tiempo, tal vez porque el amor nos da miedo, ya que es la única energía del universo que el ser humano no ha aprendido a manejar a su antojo.

Para dar visibilidad al amor, he hecho una simple sustitución en mi ecuación más célebre. Si en lugar de E=mc 2 aceptamos que la energía para sanar el mundo puede obtenerse a través del amor multiplicado por la velocidad de la luz al cuadrado, llegaremos a la conclusión de que el amor es la fuerza más poderosa que existe, porque no tiene límites.

Tras el fracaso de la humanidad en el uso y el control de las otras fuerzas de universo, que se han vuelto0 contra nosotros, es urgente que nos alimentemos de otra clase de energía. Si queremos que nuestra especie sobreviva, si nos proponemos encontrar un sentido a la vida, si queremos salvar el mundo y cada ser si tiente que en él habita, el amor es la única y la última respuesta.

Quizás aún no estamos preparados para fabricar una bomba de amor, un artefacto lo bastante potente para destruir todo el odio, el egoísmo y la avaricia que asoman el planeta. Sin embargo, cada individuo lleva e su interior un pequeño pero poderoso generador de amor cuya energía espera ser liberada.

Cuando aprendamos a dar y recibir esta energía universal, querida Lieserl, comprobaremos que el amor todo lo vence, todo lo trasciende y todo lo puede, porque el amor es la quintaesencia de la vida.

Lamento profundamente no haberte sabido expresar lo que alberga mi corazón, que ha latido silenciosamente por ti toda mi vida. Tal vez sea demasiado tarde para pedir perdón, pero como el tiempo es relativo, necesito decirte que te quiero y que gracias a ti he llegado a la última respuesta.

    Lo primero darte las gracias de corazón por cumplir tu palabra y escribirnos esta semana también. Seguro que somos muchas las personas que nos alegramos de tenerte más presente y poder nutrirnos de tu sabiduria.
    Con respecto a la carta no puede decir otra cosa más que es maravillosa. Recuerdo que una vez me dijeron que cada vez que nos proponemos un propósito y luego no tenemos la voluntad de ir a por él, eso repercutía en nuestro organismo. Y no puedo evitar pensar en las veces que he querido cuidarme, comiendo sano, haciendo deporte,….y no he conseguido mantenerlo mucho tiempo. Hoy me ha quedado claro que si empiezo por tratarme con amor todo será más fácil y mucho mejor.

    Hola Patricia, la carta es emocionante por sí misma pero también por quien la escribió. A veces, esta faceta espiritual de la vida se infravalora, y cuando conocemos a peronas que la cuidan de una u otra forma, los vemos como bichos raros y a veces fuera de lugar e incluso algo «flipados». No creo que nadie pueda ver a Einstein de esta manera, fue un científico excepcional y para ser así tienes que tener un plus -enorme- de rigor y seriedad, por no hablar de su inteligencia.

    Yo acabo de pasar por una enfermedad y me he hecho preguntas sobre la influencia de las emociones en la enfermedad y estoy obteniendo respuestas a través de la biodescodificación. En un primer momento desconfié por esa deformación con la que miraba a las personas que dan importancia a las emociones, pero he visto también un rigor, seriedad y profundos conocimientos en mi terapeuta.

    Animo a todas las personas a investigar estos asuntos y a profundizar en sus emociones. Hay muchas maneras de hacerlo.

    Mil gracias por compartir esta carta. No conocía esa parte de Einstein, que, ahora me parece, si cabe, aún mucho más sabio. Creo que, poquito a poco, vivimos una especie de «involución» hacia lo verdaderamente importante y natural: el amor. Aunque creo que queda mucho camino y muchas batallas para llegar a él. Pero cada granito cuenta, y publicaciones como la tuya ayudan a abrir los ojos a mucha gente.

    Hola Patri…qué alegría leerte y,que lujo tenerte,todos las semanas!!Bueno que carta;súper emocionante,tierna y una verdad como un castillo!!es una carta que escribe a su hija pero ,de verdad,parece que toda la humanidad éramos esa hija.Ui también es que soy un poco mística y laceradas que me ha enternecido leerla y,a la vez,me ha dado pena…pero bueno nosotros tenemos en nuestra mano el alimentarnos de dentro a fuera y ponerle remedio a esta situación en la que está la humanidad.La mente cura y que verdad es…las malas emociones y malos rollos solo traen enfermedades y cosas feas así que no merece.     Hola patri, soy seguidora tuya desde mucho tiempo. Te leo y te sigo por todas partes. Me gustaría saber cosas sobre la alimentación y cuidados en el embarazo, si se pueden tomar complementos, si es malo tomar soja por los estrógenos.. Etc estoy ya de 24 semanas y echo de menos mucha info que no encuentro y además tengo muuucha hambre a todas horas estoy comiendo fatal y ya llevo 10 kg encima.     Hola Patricia, soy seguidora tuya y tengo el primero de tus libros. Comentarte no obstante, que muy probablemente esta carta no sea real ni verdadera. Si recabas algo de información sabras que Einstein tuvo una hija fuera del matrimonio de la que nunca se hizo cargo y que seguramente además murió a causa de la escarlatina.
    Soy una ferviente defensora del amor incondicional que tanto promulga la filosofía budista y la carta en si me parece de un contenido emocionante, pero también creo que documentarse es muy importante para no confundir al personal.

    Hola Patricia!! Éstas navidades le pedí a mi cuñada que me hiciera el mejor regalo que he tenido hasta ahora, tu libro Yo sí que como. Desconocía por completo lo que te ocurrió. En dos días me leí tu libro y empecé a querer alimentarme de forma saludable. Me encuentro fenomenal y mi sensación de ansiedad , ( sobre todo de madrugada), he conseguido frenarla. Hace 3 años que fuí madre, mi cuerpo se engordó 30 kilos. He probado todas las dietas y ninguna que pudiera seguir porque pasaba auténtica hambre.
    Ahora ya no me lo he tomado como otra dieta más sino como una forma de cuidarme.
    Entiendo que seremos much@s los que te preguntamos , me gustaría que me dijeras cómo me puedo quitar la celulitis que tengo en las piernas a causa de la retención durante el embarazo y recuperar por fin mi cuerpo.

    Tengo tus dos libros y me han gustado mucho mucho, intento llevar esa filosofía de vida aunque tengo que confesar que a veces cuesta un poco resistirse a ciertas cosas, sobre todo al chocolate….:)
    Me gustaría (aunque te parezca un poco raro) que en algunos de tus post hablases sobre la alimentación pero en perros, seguro que a los tuyos les alimentas muy bien y no se sabe mucho sobre el tema….el mío ya es parte de la familia y también quiero que esté sano.

    Me ha encantado la CARTA DE EINSTEIN a su HIJA; tan cierto es, que una cosa que nace gratuitamente dentro de nosotros con solo pulsar el botón del AGRADECIMIENTO y de la GENEROSIDAD, sea tan lejano para tantos y tantos millones de seres que aún duermen en la ignorancia; pero en ello estamos, el camino es muy lento desgraciadamente, pero quizás dentro de unos siglos, las cosas hayan cambiado un poco o un mucho dentro de los corazones humanos; quiero pensar eso, porque sino mi desaliento va en crescendo.

      Hola Noemí. Como sabes la fibromialgia es multifactorial. Podríamos decir que es un cajón desastre , donde todo afecta y duele. Cada caso es distinto, por eso desde aquí, sin conocer a la persona que necesita los consejos, no podré ayudarte de una manera concreta. Lo que yo haría sería:Ser muy disciplinada con los horarios de descanso, de comidas etc. No comería jamás harinas o azúcares refinados, bebidas azucaradas, productos light, » sin gluten» , comida envasada, fruta por la noche. El tomate, la berenjena , el pimiento o la patata siempre de temporada. En las comidas haría combinaciones muy sencillas. Me daría baños con sal cada semana.. en fin, hay muchas cosas que se pueden hacer. Besitos!
