Ay la celulitis…. Lo que daríamos la mayoría porque no estuviera presente en nuestras vidas…!!!! O por lo menos de una manera tan visible, no?? Ay , a mí me lleva por la calle de la amargura!! Pero bueno, vamos a poner toda la carne en el asador para mantenerla a raya que llega una época en la que tenemos que darla por desaparecida.

Empecemos por el principio. ¿Qué es realmente la celulitis?

La celulitis es la infección difusa del tejido celular subcutáneo y capa profunda de la dermis ( capa más superficial de la piel ). Celulitis literalmente significa inflamación de las células, es entendida como una inflamación de los tejidos conectivos celulares subcutáneos. Comúnmente se conoce como el acúmulo de tejido adiposo en determinadas zonas del cuerpo formando nódulos adiposos de agua , grasa y toxinas. Para que lo entendáis bien, es que el tejido graso crece y las paredes laterales se engrosan formando ojuelos.

Casi todas las mujeres la tenemos. Los estudios dicen que entre el 85 y 98% después de la pubertad, presentan algún grado de celulitis, siendo más frecuente en unas razas que en otras.

Las hay para todos ‘los colores’ : celulitis blanda, celulitis dura, celulitis esclerótica…

Tiene varias fases evolutivas y, aunque parezca mentira , puede llegar a ser bastante reversible, con lo cual, vamos a ponernos manos a la obra porque aunque seamos propensas a ella, no nos podemos resignar!!!

Yo para la celulitis utilizo siempre aceite, no cremas. Como ya sabréis muchos de vosotros, yo casi todos los productos que utilizo, me los hago yo misma, pero para la celulitis siempre he confiado en un producto que me encanta desde hace tiempo que es el Aceite anticelulítico de Abedul de Weleda. Os hablé de él hace tiempo. Yo no soy muy de marcas de cosméticos pero Weleda me gusta, entre otras cosas, porque es respetuosa con el cuerpo ya que utiliza buenos ingredientes , además , evita  muchos que utiliza la cosmética comercial que son perjudiciales (en mi nuevo libro os hablo de todos ellos) y  también, porque es respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

Aceite de Abedul de Weleda y la ventosa.

 

El Aceite anticelulítico de Abedul de Weleda lleva un buen “cocktail” de ingredientes para atacar a la celulitis:

Extracto de hojas de Abedul: Yo lo utilizo mucho porque tiene efectos diuréticos , antiinflamatorios y descongestionantes.

Extracto de romero: Es estimulante del la circulación sanguínea y tonificante .

Extracto de rusco: Alivia el dolor de las piernas que produce la mala circulación, reduce la inflamación y ayuda a reducir la fragilidad capilar.
Aceite de hueso de albaricoque : Es un aceite muy nutritivo e hidratante y rico en vitamina A.

Germen de trigo: Actúa como antioxidante porque tiene vitamina E y es muy buen hidratante para la piel

Aceite de jojoba  : Gracias a sus vitaminas ayudan a mejorar la Iapariencia de la piel.

Más que preparada para usarlo!!!!!!

Consiste en plantar tu abedul virtual y cuidarlo para que crezca fuerte y sano.. Muy divertido!

Aplicarlo bien es fundamental para conseguir los resultados. Yo, como utilizo el “Aceite de Abedul” de Weleda tengo la suerte de contar con la “Celulicup”. Es  una ventosa que es el aliado perfecto para masajearme y tener un resultado mucho más eficaz ,que te viene con el pack. Estoy muy a favor de utilizar las ventosas para este tipo de tratamiento porque, lo que hace la ventosa es aumentar la circulación de la zona donde se aplica y esto ayuda a eliminar toxinas.

Te cuento la rutina que yo hago:
1- Nada más levantarme me paso un guante de crin en seco por todo el cuerpo, especialmente, glúteos, brazos , caderas, muslos y tripa.

2- Me ducho con agua tibia, no muy caliente

3- Me seco muy bien y me pongo el aceite de abedul y me masajeo con la “CeluliCup”. Si no la tienes, te lo extiendes hasta que penetre en la piel.

Yo siempre empiezo por los pies. Con movimientos ascendentes hasta las rodillas. Luego de las rodillas hasta las caderas, por delante y por detrás,

A continuación me lo pongo en los glúteos, con movimientos circulares en sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj.

En cada pierna tardo unos cinco minutos, así que nada de ir con prisas que no es igual de efecto.

Este ritual, lo hago también por las noches, antes de dormir, ahora que estamos en plena operación bikini.

Aquí bien de ventosa! Primero el aceite y luego os pasáis la ventosa.

Recordad que la dieta es muy importante para que el resultado final sea perfecto, así que como ya os he dicho mil veces, nada de comida preparada, bebidas con azúcar, bebidas líght, ni bollería industrial. Intentad andar 30 minutos al día y haced 20 sentadillas diario. Y por supuesto beber agua mineral, para que todas esas toxinas que nos ayuda a movilizar el aceite puedan salir fácilmente.

El que algo quiere algo le cuesta, y para terminar con la celulitis, creo que el esfuerzo vale la pena.

    Hola Patricia!!! Yo llevo tiempo utilizándolo y estoy muy contenta, pero me surge una duda. Con este aceite haría falta añadir una hidratante corporal? O este aceite además ya cumple estas funciones? (tengo la piel super seca) Gracias

    Hola Patricia! Acabo se descubrir tu blog y me parece muy interesante.
    Siempre he padecido problemas ginecológicos, pero tras muchos años de suplicio, mucho dolor y varios pasos por quirófano creí que había logrado erradicarlos, pero no, ahora me han diagnosticado endometriosis y me está dando verdaderos problemas. Como es una enfermedad crónica y sin cura, he empezado a buscarme la vida por mí cuenta y he leído que la alimentación es fundamental, no sé cómo no había caído antes. Sabes algo al respecto? Podrías darme algún consejo? Lo cierto es que ningún ginecólogo me ha mencionado siquiera este tema y creo que va a ser importantísimo.

      Hola Sara, puede ser por varios motivos como por ejemplo fragilidad de tus capilares. La planta centella asiática ayuda a reforzarlos, también el centeno. Cómpratela sin ella porque si la utilizas mal te pueden salir más. Añádele aceite esencial de ciprés que también ayuda a la fragilidad capilar. Besitos!

      Hola Vanessa, es verdad que no hablo de los edulcorante porque no utilizo. El el libro cuento lo que utilizo yo , azúcar de caña , miel… Ahora estoy probando el azúcar de coco que me encanta. aLa estiva está bien., pero su calidad depende muchísimo de la marca.

    No suelo escribir en los blogs pero me he animado ya que tu tema me interesa mucho para mi hija de 11 años. Me gustaría que me ayudaras con ella. Te explico: es una niña sana, muy deportista y bien alimentada, ya que desde hace dos años aprox. tengo mucho en cuenta todo lo que está relacionado con la alimentación en casa. Estoy en tu línea de comida energética y sobre todo lo que a cada uno le siente bien y le sirva. (casi nada de trigo, lácteos, azúcares y mucha verdura, cruda y cocida, a parte de frutas. Proteínas fundamentalmente vegetales). Sin embargo, tiene su barriga y muslos con celulitis, a pesar de que entrena tres veces a la semana baloncesto (1hora y media), más el partido de los sábados y que no para, como es lógico en una niña activa, de su edad. Esto durante el curso. Quizás ahora tiene más por el verano.
    Pienso que en algo estoy fallando.
    Tomamos poca proteina animal (fundamentalmente huevos y algo de pollo), será por ello? He leído que la proteína animal acelera el metabolismo.
    Esperando ansiosa tu ayuda te felicito por tu nuevo programa en TV. Seguro que muchas personas tomarán conciencia, gracias a ti, de lo importante que es la alimentación y lo poco que se cuida.
